One entry per paid effect, in action order: the action, the quote it was bought under, the run and operation that planned it when there was one, how it settled (held, unknown, charged or released), the effect, and the amount charged in atomic credits at scale 9. The settlement is named by its receipt digest, and conflict says a later receipt disagreed with it. Arguments, the quote body and the receipt are not returned.
