Human session with current environment read authority. Bounded current-owner-visible connection metadata. An encrypted cursor expires after 15 minutes and is bound to the session and current environment authority; discard it after scope changes or restart. Listing does not reauthorize execution or reveal secrets. Unknown or repeated query parameters are refused.
